Lundy Inc., a Delaware corporation (hereinafter, “Lundy”, “us”, “we” or “our”, as the context provides) owns and operates the website located at www.getlundy.io (our “Site”), the voice property search engine “Finding Homes” accessible via certain third party devices, platforms, and applications (currently Amazon’s Alexa mobile application and Alexa home devices), and any other platform, application, or device on which Finding Homes may be made available in the future (collectively, your “device”), and any associated software applications powered by LundyAI Core, whether now existing or released in the future (collectively, our “Services”).
This Privacy Policy describes our practices with respect to Personal Information we collect from or about you when you access our Site and/or use our Services and how we use that information. Any capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy but not otherwise defined herein have the meaning set forth in our Terms of Service.

1. WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
In order to better provide you with our Services, we collect two types of information about our users: Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information. Our primary goal in collecting information about you is to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience while accessing our Site or using our Services.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information (Non-PII) is a piece of data that cannot be used on its own to identify a specific individual. For example, device IDs, IP addresses, and cookies. When you access our Site, we may collect Non-PII such as your approximate location, information about the specific device you are using such as the hardware model, operating system version, web-browser software (such as Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer, etc.) and your Internet Protocol (IP) address/MAC address/device identifier. When you request information from our Services, such as Finding Homes, we may collect information which is used as aggregated statistics to improve our Services, such as the geographical area in which you are searching for properties or which details or information you ask about specific properties. Engaging in these activities is completely voluntary.
Personally Identifiable Information.
Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is any information that, on its own or combined with a limited amount of other data, can be used to identify a person. Sensitive PII can be directly tied to an individual (full name, home address, social security number, driver’s license number, biometric records, etc.). Non-sensitive PII are pieces of data that, when linked together, can establish an individual’s identity (first or last name (not both), partial address, date of birth, age range, gender, employer, etc.).
Lundy does not collect any PII about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. You provide certain PII to us when you:

2. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Lundy has contractual arrangements with certain MLS partners and other third parties (our “Service Partners”). Lundy and our Service Partners may use Non-PII to operate our respective websites and to deliver our respective services. We may also provide our Service Partners Non-PII about our traffic patterns, information requests, and related material, but these statistics do not include any PII.
We may need to share your PII with our Service Partners upon your request for certain services. For example, we must release your email address to a real estate agent or mortgage lender if you’ve requested contact from such a service provider. Similarly, if you are a real estate agent, we may release your contact information to a Lundy user who would like to use your services. Any information our Service Partners collect or that you voluntarily share with such Service Partner is governed by the Service Partner’s terms of service and privacy policies and is not subject to our control.
Occasionally we may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide PII to the appropriate governmental authorities. We will disclose PII only upon receipt of a valid court order, subpoena, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation. We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful.
4. YOUR RIGHTS RELATED TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain statutory rights with respect to your PII, including the right to access, correct, update, withdraw consents, limit processing or sharing, or request deletion of your PII. Note that for the purposes of such rights, we do not “sell” or “share” your PII for cross-contextual behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined in applicable law. Nor do we process sensitive PII for the purpose of inferring characteristics.

We may require you to verify your credentials before we can process any requests to disclose, correct, or delete your PII. We must verify your identity to protect your PII from unauthorized access, change, or deletion.
You also have choices with respect to cookies (described below). By modifying your browser preferences, you have the choice to accept or reject all or some cookies and to be notified when a cookie is set. If you choose to reject all cookies some parts of our Site may not work properly for your browser.
5. OUR USE OF COOKIES
Our Site stores cookies on computers that view it in order to facilitate and customize use of our Site. A cookie is a small data text file, which a website stores on your computer's hard drive (if the web browser permits) that can later be retrieved to identify the computer to us. Our cookies may store randomly assigned user identification numbers, Site activity, and geolocation data. Cookies make your experience of our Site smoother and help us to maintain a secure Site. You are always free to decline cookies if your browser permits, or to delete cookies, but some parts of our Site may not work properly.
We may use an outside ad serving company to display banner advertisements on our Site. As part of their service, they will place a separate cookie on the computer. In such a case, Lundy and the ad server will collect and use Non-PII, such as IP address, browser type, the server the computer is logged onto, the area code and zip code associated with the server and whether the Site visit results in a response to a particular ad.
6. SECURITY AND RETENTION
Although we use commercially reasonable measures to protect any PII within our possession from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure or error free. As a result, while we strive to protect your PII, you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations of the Internet which are beyond our control; (b) the security, integrity and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between us electronically cannot be guaranteed; and (c) any such information and data may be viewed or tampered with in transit by a third party.
We will store your PIII to provide our Services to you. We will retain your PII for as long thereafter as needed for our legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes, security reasons, or complying with legal obligations. Except with respect to any applicable legal retention requirements, we are not obligated to retain your PII for your convenience and may permanently delete such information at any time.
7. THIRD PARTY WEBSITES
Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, this document only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect and process. If any other websites are made accessible through our Site, the owners of those websites have their own privacy policies, data collection, use and disclosure practices. Lundy cannot control and is not responsible (and will not be held responsible) for the policies or practices of any third parties.
