Terms of Service – Your Day

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Your Day (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.


2. Description of Service
Your Day provides a voice and text interface to your email and calendar via third-party integrations (e.g., Google, Microsoft).


3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring your account credentials remain secure.

  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any actions taken (e.g., emails drafted, events modified).

4. No Warranties
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We make no warranties about accuracy, reliability, or availability.


5. AI Limitations & Liability Disclaimer

  • The App may use artificial intelligence, which can generate incorrect, incomplete, or misleading results (“hallucinations”).

  • The App may misinterpret user input and provide unintended actions (e.g., drafting or sending incorrect emails, misreporting calendar events, or failing to retrieve data).

  • You acknowledge these risks and agree that Lundy Inc. is not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from reliance on the App’s output.

  • You agree not to use the App as the sole source of truth for business-critical or legal matters.


6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lundy Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.


7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lundy Inc. from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the App.


8. Third-Party Integrations
The App relies on Google and Microsoft APIs. By using the App, you also agree to their terms of service and privacy policies.


9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason. You may stop using the App at any time.


10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of San Diego, California. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Diego, California.
